Shipping Conditions

1.1. SHIPPING CONDITIONS

All products available on Violet Wood are shipped directly from our foreign suppliers to the address indicated during the purchase. Our shipping option "Free Shipping + Tracking Number" with a fixed price of € 0.00 takes 5 to 12 business days (after the product has been shipped) depending on the product. Shipping usually takes 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed in our system, depending on your location.  

We guarantee to provide a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your order.

Please note: In certain cases, delivery time may be extended by a few additional working days due to delays, strikes, postal disruptions and other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.

We guarantee the delivery of your order. If products are lost or damaged during shipping, we are responsible for refunding the full purchase amount. All products are shipped with loss insurance and with our free online tracking, the delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.

1.2. INSURED SHIPPING

If the product is delayed and not delivered within 50 working days of the dispatch date, you will receive a full refund.

Please note: It is possible that you will receive multiple packages as your products may come from different suppliers, so if you receive one product first and then another, don't worry - this is perfectly normal.

1.3. SHIPMENT TRACKING

The products are shipped by post or other carrier, always with a tracking number that allows you to follow the delivery progress. Violet Wood will inform you how to track your order. The tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as it is available from Violet Wood. 

The tracking number is usually provided within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (ATTENTION)

2.1. CORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION

Violet Wood will ensure that your products are shipped to the delivery address you provide. To ensure that your order is delivered correctly, we ask that you be careful when entering your delivery address.

2.2. ABSENCE OF THE RECIPIENT

Please make sure that someone is present to receive your products at the time of delivery. The post office usually makes three delivery attempts. If no one is at the address to accept the order during any of these attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest post office. In this case, you usually have 7 consecutive days to collect the package from the post office. If the recipient does not collect it within this time period, the package will usually be returned to the sender and we will have to re-ship the product, for which there will be no additional charge.

All details of the delivery attempts as well as the address of the post office where the package can be picked up if the recipient is absent are recorded in the shipment tracking, which you can follow on the shipping service provider's website using the tracking code provided to you by Violet Wood. 

2.3. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Violet Wood accepts no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided when ordering in the store. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the package will be returned to the sender in accordance with the shipping provider's policies and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the product is not picked up by the post office, you are entitled to a refund or free return of the products.
